Marsh & Mallow Co. is a gourmet, gluten-free s’mores company that brings the experience of perfectly roasted s’mores right to your event. Whether as a dessert, afternoon team treat, or a fun late-night snack, we’re here to create an unforgettable moment!
After our former employer dropped us and their clients, we decided to save the concept and make it our own! We started M&MC in fall of 2024 to fill the gap for high-quality s’mores in the Pacific Northwest, backed by nearly 4 years of s’mores catering experience. As a newly married couple, we know how special it is to craft a menu that feels personal, and we love helping clients do the same with our toasted treats.
S’mores have a way of bringing people together, transporting them back to childhood, and breaking the ice in the sweetest way possible. No matter how dressed up your guests are, everyone wants a s’more. That small moment of joy creates a lasting impression and we cannot wait to be a part of your big day, corporate event, family gathering and more!

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you dedicated GF? No, while we only source GF products — meaning there’s no cross contamination issues while serving, we cannot promise the factories of where we source from are GF certified. The only GF certified item is our graham crackers.
Where do you source your gluten free grahams? One of the most popular GF brands across the country — Schär's gluten free certified products. They are dairy and GF, but MAY contain tree nuts, and soy.
Are you two GF? No, but goodness it is the BEST feeling in the world when GF folks find out they can have s’mores. And it rocks their boats when they have choices. We want to be inclusive & honestly these grahams are just so good!
Do you make your own marshmallows? No, but they come from a small business in northern CA who has perfected their craft! These are also gluten free, and we do offer vegan too!
What kind of chocolate do you use? We use 70% dark chocolate that comes from Portland based Woodblock Chocolate, and is made from cocoa beans and sugar. (Also gluten free, and vegan friendly!)
What kind of flame do you use? We use a food safe butane that is paired with a professional grade, chef style torch head. They’re equipped with an on/off switch and as an extra safety measure are never continuously running or left unattended. Most venues do not consider this an open flame, please check with us or your venue for approval before booking!
How far do you travel? We’ll go up to 3 hours away, including the cities of Bend/Sisters & Seattle/Bellevue. We often visit wine country, Columbia Gorge/Hood River venues, and all over downtown Portland/Vancouver.
Do you have insurance? Yes! You can request a COI upon booking and the policy can be tailored to your needs. Although we don’t bring our agent to every event, in the case things get a little too toasty, we are equipped with fire extinguishers!
Do you offer discounts? Yes! For vendor referrals, seeing us at wedding shows, and for our community heroes. If you’re working with a planner, ask if they have a referral with us!
