We’ll kick off the course by walking you through the topping list so you can start plotting your dream combos. Then we’ll get you started with two of our favorite pairings to spark your creativity.

After that it’s your playground! You’ll build as many custom mini-s’mores as you’d like, featuring whatever toppings you’re brave enough to try. We’ll provide the toppings list and note sheets so you can track your favorites like the flavor scientist you are.

2 Hour Open Kitchen: 5/12/26— The shop will be closed to the public so you’ve got a full VIP menu! ($45/per). Click here to buy G.A tickets.

Chef’s Table — Up to 6 people, you pick the date + time. The shop will remain open to the public, but you’ll have a dedicated roaster, exclusive menu & seating . ($30/per — min $120.) Click here to book a Chef’s Table that fits into your schedule.

Kitchen Takeovers — up to 16 people per group, this is a buyout of the shop. Best for groups + corporate teams. (Min. 10 people or $350.) Click here to learn more.

  • Yes! We’d recommend 9 years old and up, little kids might not be as excited to try things like olive oil & sea salt. Some courses might be 18 or 21+ depending and you’ll know when those are.

  • Nope, we show off a few but then let you pick whatever combinations you want! If you get stuck, we can whip up some too.

  • Yes, we are!

  • While we’re normally GF, there might be some toppings that are not, depending on what has been requested. We absolutely can do vegan s’mores, with a variety of vegan mallows + toppings.
