Snow Day Village
Mike Bennett’s Snow Day Village is BACK!
We’re so excited to be joining Mike, Downtown Clean & Safe, goats, carolers, and more this holiday season, in Downtown Portland. We’ll have a rotating s’mores menu, and hot cocoa! S’mores will run $6 per, or 2 for $10.

Celebrate Oregon’s state tree with a day of forest fun! Join us for Doug Fir Day, a family-friendly day of forest-inspired fun—make, learn, and play as we celebrate the Douglas-fir and the forests that connect us all.
Make your own wreath or swag with Oregon Women in Timber (free while supplies last, donations encouraged)
Prior registration encouraged to allow for spacing and supply estimates

Portland Holiday Brewfest
S’mores cart will be open 12/5 5:30-10pm and 12/6 12-10pm. $6 per, or 2 for $10.
Portland Holiday Brew Fest is pleased to partner with The Square to bring holiday beer and cheer to downtown! Featuring 30+ winter regional beers and ciders and the 75-foot Tree. Holiday Brew is a 21+ event
Vinyl DJs will be bringing the tunes all weekend long.
Marsh & Mallow will be serving up s'mores, Urban German will be serving German food, La Femme Fromage will have cheese plates, BNF Kombucha will have kid-friendly drinks, and Albina City Nuts will be serving up warm nuts!
OMSI After Dark - Sparkling Soirée
We’ll be popped up in the museum, roasting some sparkling fun s’mores!
From OMSI: As we approach the longest night of the year, OMSI wants to throw a little sparkle and glow your way. Combination holiday party, new year’s party, and solstice gathering, Sparkling Soirée is a chance to dress up and celebrate the OMSI way, with science! And of course, sparkling wine, which you can sip with your own commemorative glass that comes with entry to the event.

Bethany Village Tree Lighting
Our annual Tree Lighting Ceremony takes place each year the Tuesday after Thanksgiving!
Festivities include a countdown to the lighting of the Bethany Village Tree followed by the arrival of Santa and pictures, as well as holiday vendors, featured holiday drinks, hot chocolate from Starbucks, and performances by local schools.

We’re thrilled to be bringing Marsh & Mallow Co back to Director Park this fall! Thanks to our friends over at Downtown Clean & Safe, we’re calling the Director Park Glass Kiosk our home Oct 1-19th. We’ll have a rotating menu, new flavors, secret flavors are back, hot cocoa, and two of our favorite local women owned businesses will be joining us, NW Accent, and The Crafty Girl.

OMSI After Dark - Wild West
The saloon doors are open and all you cowpokes are welcome to saddle up for a night of line dancing, whiskey tasting, and rustling up some science at OMSI After Dark: The Wild West.
OMSI After Dark is for guests 21 and over, where you can have a drink while you roam the museum. We have science demos, performances, DJs, artisan food and beverage vendors offering samples, and more.

Celebrate the wonders of forests with a fun-filled, family-friendly day at ForestFest! Enjoy hands-on activities, wood-themed crafts, kid zones, and live demonstrations from forestry professionals and community partners.
Enjoy wood-themed crafts, hands-on activities, interactive kid zones, games, and a working traveling mill. Learn about forest stewardship, explore the role of trees in our daily lives, and experience forest-inspired art and storytelling from local makers.
