$35 per person, classes are limited to 12 people, and we do expect them to sell out!

75-90 Minutes of s’mores creating with Rod & Freddie!

Unlimited custom s’more creations during class.

NA drinks: Soda, Waterloo, hot cider, hot cocoa, Mexican hot cocoa etc.

S’mores roasted right your table, with the chance to roast your own!

A few of Freddie & Rod’s favorite weird ones — the rest you build!

40+ of toppings & 8 mallows options.

Sneak peeks that may never be served again.

For marketing purposes, these classes may be filmed or photographed.

We’ll kick off the evening by walking you through the full topping lineup so you can start plotting your dream combos. Then we’ll get you started with two of our favorite “unexpected but weirdly perfect” pairings to spark your creativity.

After that? It’s your playground. You’ll build as many custom s’mores as you’d like, featuring whatever toppings you’re brave enough to try. We’ll provide a toppings list and note sheets so you can track your favorites like the flavor scientist you are.

This is a stretch-your-imagination kind of night. If you’re here for plain chocolate and a classic graham… this might not be your event 😉

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Test Kitchen is at our shop — 815 SW Park Ave (Director Park).

    There’s street parking, and 2 parking garages within walking distance.

  • Click the “Get Tickets” button, or visit our Shop tab.

  • Roughly 75-90 minutes.

  • Past classes have seen maple bacon, bourbon peach, key lime pie, smoked cherries, and more ! We also ask what you want to try.

  • Yes, they are non-refundable, but you can gift your tickets to other folks, or we’ll count it as a store credit waiting for you to use at a later class or on other items in our shop.

  • Our earlier classes will be, yes! 12 years old and up, little kids might not be as excited to try things like olive oil & sea salt. 7pm and later classes will be 18+.

  • Yes, you can! Right now we’re only doing these at our shop, so submit an inquiry on our home page, and in the notes section please let us know this is a test kitchen booking.

  • Nope, we show off a few but then let you pick whatever combinations you want! If you get stuck, we can whip up some too.
