Marsh & Mallow Co. Announces New Downtown Portland Home Following Successful Pop-Up

PORTLAND, Ore. — After a successful nine-month pop-up in Director Park, Marsh & Mallow Co. is putting stronger roots in downtown Portland.

This fall, the gourmet gluten-free s’mores company will relocate approximately 250 feet from its current pop-up into its first permanent storefront at 855 SW Yamhill Ave., Portland, OR 97205, in the Park Avenue West development, next to Bring! Treats for Dogs and Pendleton.

The move marks a major milestone for the local, queer-owned business which got its abrupt start back in 2024 as a catering business, then launching its downtown pop-up in January 2026. Since its inception, Marsh & Mallow Co., owned by Sergio & Rodrigo Trinidad-Estrada, has welcomed thousands of guests, introduced its interactive Taste Kitchen classes, and continued serving weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout Oregon and Washington.

“Our pop-up proved there was a real excitement for unique treats, especially late night,” said Rodrigo Trinidad-Estrada, co-owner of Marsh & Mallow Co. “The community embraced us from day one, and opening a permanent location is the next step in building something that’s here to stay. We know downtown has faced its challenges, but we also see the momentum, the resilience, and the growing community of small businesses choosing to call Downtown Portland their home. We’re making that same bet because we believe Portland is moving in the right direction, and we’re excited to be part of what’s next.”

The Director Park location will remain open through August 2026. The business will then close throughout September while moving into the new space and completing the final preparations for opening.

Marsh & Mallow Co. expects to welcome guests to its new home by October 1, 2026, pending final permitting.

The new storefront will continue offering the company’s signature made-to-order gourmet gluten-free s’mores with handcrafted marshmallows, specialty drinks, retail items, and its popular Taste Kitchen experiences, while providing additional space to expand seasonal offerings and more seating.

Although the shop is moving, the company’s award-winning catering services will continue uninterrupted throughout the transition.
